The following is a letter that I wrote and sent out to numerous news agencies to alert them to the threat that George W. Bush currently poses to our democracy.

Hello, my name is Mark Edward Williamson. I am from Los Angeles, California, and I was living in Santa Barbara nearby to Hal Finney in 2005-2009 when Bitcoin first came into existence. I am the originator of the blockchain concept and my ideas were fundamental in shaping the algorithmic design of the Bitcoin protocol, a peer-to-peer, decentralized electronic cash system. I have never spoken publicly about this matter until this year, and the origins of Bitcoin have remained a quiet secret. People have been looking for me, and I have chosen to remain anonymous. I am coming forward today and contacting you because the United States is on the eve of a monumental presidential election, and I felt compelled to share critical facts that may have been obscured from your view.

First, many people have died in mysterious ways who have been involved in the Bitcoin protocol, including a very good man, Harold Finney. It is my hope now to develop new technologies to repair and bring back to life, Hal, who is a great engineer, mathematician and scholar. I was working with George W. Bush and the Signals Intelligence division of the NSA at the time of my departure. I have had a long and sordid history with the United States government beginning at UCLA, a university in Los Angeles, in the year 1968 when I was just three years old.

What I hope to tell everyone and communicate at this juncture is that a very substantial percentage of the population of the United States is being fooled by one of the most cleaver dictators who has ever lived. His name is George W. Bush. He has harassed and chased me for a quarter of a century, and now I wish to bring forth and expose this secretive attack upon American democracy. What you are probably not aware of, because he works very hard to keep this under hat, is that Donald Trump is his man. George W. Bush works closely with Donald Trump and gives out the orders. During the Trump presidency between 2017 and 2020 he spoke with Trump almost daily and dictated his policies directly to Trump which he carried out with absolute devotion. George W. Bush is the driving force behind Project 2025, and he hopes to overturn democracy in America and remain in permanent control of this powerful nation.

Bush never fully left office and has had to maintain a tenuous control over the federal government in order to keep secret the details of 911. Mr. Bush has amassed a tremendous fortune, much of which he has tucked away in various holding companies and offshore bank accounts.

Starting with buying copious amounts of military stocks BEFORE 911, being given direct compensation from the theft of value in the US dollar in 2008 as a result of the carefully orchestrated real estate collapse, hacking the Bank of New York Mellon in 2010 threatening the stability of the US Dollar (I am bringing forth this new information), essentially taking over the military and CIA after he left office and insisting on keeping the US in Afghanistan FOR TWENTY YEARS, and, now having seized supreme control of the illegal drug trade in the Americas which has the $250 billion in annual sales becoming Americas #1 drug lord (I am bringing forth this new information). Bush now owns a substantiation percentage of the US military through stocks, apparently, purchased initially through the Carlyle Group.

Now he is using all of this stolen money to end democracy in American and then invade every country around him. Everyone down here in Mexico is talking about how Trump is going to invade Mexico. Bush is using the CIA and local American mafias to build a pretext for invasion. He now spends much of his day posting AI generated videos on Youtube warning about “all of the drug cartel violence in Mexico.” Be on the lookout for a CIA run false flag terror event in a border state orchestrated by Bush to give Trump the permission he needs for a full scale invasion of Mexico. It will probably go something like this: drug cartel members roll across the border, take over some small town in the USA. Then rape, pillage and burn the town to the ground. This will be CIA, not Mexicans, sourcing this action.

It will probably come as a great shock to many that Mr. Bush gave $200 billion US dollars to Elon Musk in order to compel him to move to Texas and to work with him in stealing another technology that I am developing. This technology shall allow humankind to finally harness and control the one of the four fundamental forces of nature that has alluded us, that is the force of gravity. I have developed and shared a new scientific framework that finally explains how the atom is constructed which lays out the blueprint to allow for the control of gravity. Already, Bush is working with his best friend, Bill Gates to co-opt and steal this new science before I can get credit, in order to keep me anonymous and falsely give this breakthrough discovery to someone that they control. That man goes by the Youtube handle ‘Chris the Brain’, who has a channel on this social media outlet. The main concept that I introduced in Flow Theory, over five years ago, is that matter develops as a constituency of multiple realms. This, Mr. Brain, pretends to accidentally stumble upon my Meta Realm discovery in his videos, which have a very suspicious, professionally click baity look and feel, with unusually sudden mass appeal on Youtube beginning in early 2023. Gates parades himself around Silicon Valley purporting to be "with the police" and has influence over Google and others. You may research this on Youtube, ResearchGate and elsewhere for yourself.

The reason that George W. Bush gave $200 billion to Elon Musk beginning in 2020 was as a directly result of the successful testing of the HyperDrive, a motorized propulsion system that actually distorts gravity (a human first) to propel spacecraft, which took place in early March of this same year. This set off Bush in his usual way to steal the thunder and co-opt things that do not belong to him. Much the way that he behaved around 911 through the use of the Carlyle Group. Musk was then given $100 billion through direct investment by Bush into the Tesla car company. This caused the Tesla stock to skyrocket in price from roughly $20 USD in early 2020, to nearly $400 in less than two years. Musk then disavowed himself of California and moved to Texas in December of 2020 to build a gravity propulsion system based on my patent pending design, with absolutely no permission or even notification of myself. Bush needed Musk in Texas to steal and build my HyperDrive invention in a location where Bush does not have to cross state lines. Apparently, he has become quite paranoid and is afraid to go anywhere since 911, however, he did not fully disclose to Musk the source of the invention he was being summoned to build for Mr. Bush.

I wrote about this and my subsequent contact of Musk on 25 February 2023 on my blog. This was done using the resources of my network which works in and around the intelligence agencies of the US government (in one of our projects we helped Edward Snowden to escape to Russia). There was a rift between Bush and Musk after he fled the US to get away from Bush. Renouncing his plans to assist him greatly angered Bush leading him to seek retribution. I first contacted Musk early in the morning on 25 February 2023 to inform him that he was being used by Bush to steal my HyperDrive invention. He then gathered his family, hoped aboard his jet and took the quickest route out of the country to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, likely fearing shoot down of his jet by Bush. He then went on a manic survey of Monterey, spoke to the Mexican president, had dinner and went on a well publicized tour of the town with the governor, and quickly declared to the world that he would build the largest Tesla plant in the world in Mexico (he was secretly seeking sanctuary from Bush and trying to win the favor of Mexico). This further angered Bush who then decided to invade Mexico. Bush and government hackers then modified the 25 February Musk jet flight records by hacking the federal FAA database, and then pushed for legislation to ban the public from accessing these records in the future (this is reminiscent of 911). Bush then “arranged” with all five of these magazines to write stories to foment war between the United States and Mexico within the same month.

Bush then contacted his old speech writer, David Frum, to begin wielding his pen in favor of an invasion of our southern neighbor.

Apparently, Bush has since mended fences with Musk and now, frighteningly, they have joined forces to reinstall Trump, and institute the totality of the Bush take over plan through Project 2025, working now together. If successful, this will destroy democracy in America and destabilize the world, leading to more wars and massive death tolls. (Bush destabilized Ukraine using Trump and is likely working with Vladimir Putin to encourage the invasion of this country.) I assume he is giving more compensation to Musk as they are now evidently fighting together on the same team.

As far as Trump and Musk stating that they shall “beat the Deep State”: THEY ARE THE DEEP STATE. If you watch the Youtube video by Johnny Harris where he examines “the Deep State”, he offers a reasonable definition of what the Deep State might be if there is such a thing. The CIA is an agency outside of the control of our government and could be considered “The Deep State”. Since 911, and that major debacle in American history, Mr. Bush has taken it upon himself to take over the control of and to purge the CIA of any true blue Americans. This post 911 purge is currently being bragged about using one of his personal shills on social media, especially Youtube, Andrew Bustamante. Bustamante is only one of a small army of social manipulators employed by Bush. He goes to great lengths and spends large sums of money each year to put out propaganda into the general consciousness to paint himself as a ho-hum ex-president just quietly tooling his final years away in Texas. This is far from the truth and just all part of the scam. He is likely trying to idiot proof his control systems over America to pass on to his daughters, who would otherwise likely be emasculated after his death. Can you imagine, queen Barbara and queen Jenna being in charge of you and your family for the rest of your life?

Bush has even fooled the chief conspiracy captain at the head of the conspiracy theory freight train. Yes, the conspiracy magnet and legend, Alex Jones is being lead down the garden path by Bush. Alex Jones has been gulled into accepting sponsorship from Mr. 911 himself. Jeffry Epstein is one of the pedo rapists who gave young girls to Trump to be abused and was exposed by Alex Jones. Now, Jones is sporting a new office on X.com, fighting on the Musk vanity website “like his life depends on it” to get this misogynistic, shyster new friend, elected to the highest office so he can end democracy with Project 2025 under this continuation of Bush rulership. I guess the freight train got a make over and now the conspiracy theory business train rides in comfort class, and, business, she is a boomin!

So many exploding rockets, so many zero profit sales on Starlink, so much controversy and competition in the auto electric car business, yet, Musk is "the riches man in the world". No he is not. George W. Bush is the riches man in the world, and he has pushed up the value in Musk's little car company stock to make Musk appear successful. He is not. Bush artificially inflated the Tesla stock by infusing $100 billion into Tesla shares. My suspicion is with Blackstone, the "number one private equity fund" in the world. Perhaps federal investigator wishing to keep their jobs should look into this company and its odd obsession with Donald Trump. They have until January 20, 2025 to uncover any serious conspiracy that could potentially undermine Trump from taking control of the United States of America.

Bottom Line: When people state that they are “pro Trump”, they are actually saying that they are “pro Bush”, even if they don’t know it. Bush is 100% in charge of Trump. If Trump is allowed to assume control and have another four year tenure in the highest office this would effectively constitute Bush presidency number four. Look for mass pandemics, nuclear war, violence in the streets and the end of America (simply recount for yourself the terror and mayhem that ensued during the other three Bush terms). Elon Musk is laundering Bush blood money to elect a leader that they control in a bid to take greater control of America. Musk is likely playing for control of the US dollar in this highly “transactional” relationship with Bush. Under total Bush rulership, NATO will likely fall or greatly contract and the United States will go into decay.

It is my prayer that this message and the foregoing information shall reach enough people before Donald Trump makes any permanent changes to the United States or invades any countries in the Americas. Electing Trump to be president is the single greatest mistake in American history. Let us join forces to stop Project 2025 and turn him into a lame duck president until we can bring Kamala Harris into that office. Plan details below.

In updating about my circumstances, I finally had a chance to follow up on early protocols to perhaps develop a new, replacement system to solve the base scalability issue with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and then filed a patent for this new technique in 2020. And, to no surprise, Bill Gates is attempting to pilfer that also. The Michael Saylor Orange ID initiative, prompted by Bill Gates, is as a direct result of my eCoin invention and patent filings which he likely obtained through his CIA connections. eCoin uses several methods including peer identification to solve the core scalability issues with Bitcoin. In the Gates sourced scheme with Saylor, who is being used in a similar manner as to how Bush is using Musk, they had hoped to subvert and modify Bitcoin through the BIP process to introduce this ID consensus system which is under patent pending status by myself (you may wish to ask a crypto enthusiast what all this means.)

How this new system came about was, in early 2019, while chatting about cryptocurrencies and world affairs online, I was approached by a Spaniard who wanted to replace Bitcoin and fix the scalability problem. He asked me how I thought we could accomplish this wild hare idea. I thought for a moment and then told him to invite and assemble together people who are willing to identify themselves just enough to prove that each is a real person, on this new peer-to-peer cash system network. A peer identity system comprised entirely of unique users.

Then, structure the database design in a manner similar to RAID disk storage systems used extensively on Internet and corporate servers to save on individual data storage requirements. Understandably, this Spaniard does not wish to reveal his real name, so he has decided to go by the pseudonym, Michael Martinez. I contributed to his efforts, and we co-authored a paper to explain how it works. He had never published a whitepaper before so he decided to just copy the Satoshi Nakamoto Bitcoin paper design. We have agreed to release a portion of the design paper to the public and are making it available today. Separately, I have already decided to file for patent protection for my key design elements, protecting only the ideas that I came up with of course. I have not come forward sooner, because, frankly, I am not excited about being famous for any of this, especially the extremely contentious and controversial Bitcoin. Seriously, I have no interest as such.

I enjoy peace and quiet and inventing things to make my world a better place. I would prefer to have peace in my part of the world, and to remain anonymous, just doing what I enjoy most: building and creating things that bring people joy and satisfaction. Yet, I have seen things in the last few years, and I can no longer sit silent.

I had stepped away from Bitcoin in 2011 because it had become a controversy between myself and my government. Had I been more involved in the early years of adoption, it would have probably been killed (along with me) and not survived much beyond initial launch. The concept and ideas behind Bitcoin needed to get away from this continent and out into the wild. I come forward now because of the tumultuous and dangerous politics of this age which threatens the survival of the experiment known as America. I feel that this matter requires my direct communication and involvement.

Furthermore, I believe that any man who states publicly with such veracity and power that he hates Taylor Swift simply because she does not want to vote for him must be given a reckoning. He wants to destroy all things golden and innocent. I thank Ms. Swift for standing up for her personal beliefs, and giving us all courage in the face of a brutal dictator. You vote for whomever you like, Ms. Swift! Donald Trump cheapens and defiles what he touches including the office of the President of the United States of America. Already he has shoved his chubby, grimy fingers in crypto. One sympathizes with Etherium and Vitalik.

To date they have made five assassination attempts on my life, including trying to poison me in Hong Kong, China in 2017. They murdered my business partner, Gonsalo Dojaque Acuna in 2017, and, I believe, they murdered my mother in 2020. Hal Finney, co-creator of Bitcoin, died in 2014 from what I believe to be a deadly virus, which the CIA is known to create. They are consistently doing wicked and terrible things to me on my birthday just to remind me of how vulnerable I am. My mother died the day before my birthday, and, I was notified of her death on the morning of my birthday. They are threatening to murder other of my family, including specific threats about specific family members who are quite vulnerable right now.

I am concerned at the moment with with my own furtherance of HyperDrive without worldwide notification of my status and better personal security for myself and my family, especially my father. When I say “they” I mean the real Deep State. I mean George W. Bush and William Gates, the puppet masters for Donald T. Trump and the mafia police of Silicon Valley. I mean the American CIA. I hope that is specific enough for everyone. George W. Bush has said to me that if I ever went public that he would murder my entire family. Every time I see or speak with my family members I think this may be the last time. The life expectancy of my business partners is about five years.

It takes a bit of courage to get knocked down, robbed, have your friends and family murdered, your businesses destroyed, over and over again, and yet keep going. This has been a very difficult and painful journey for me. Yet, I keep putting one foot in front of the other and somehow manage to survive. Everyday, I am very pleased to see things that I invent improve human kind, especially when these things are not stolen by tyrants. I am enlivened by the limitless possibilities of the future for my people, the human race. I look forward to working together with others in pursuit of the new possibility for our age, that is financial independence for all and the liberation from the entitlement of the few at the expense of the many. Perhaps we may join together with the ideal of becoming one people upon our world.

OUR PATHWAY FORWARD

As I feel that my home country is now in crisis due to the social division that has erupted between the Democrats and the New Trump Republican party, who has already been accused of election rigging in 2020 with the Fake Electors Fraud, it would behoove us to act swiftly to implement an upgrade to our government and recast the election of 5 November 2024 to dispel any doubts of legitimacy. Our current electoral system was designed and implemented long before the invention of the light bulb, the radio, the computer, the Internet or modern cryptography came into existence. Technology is fundamentally changing our world for the better, so why not our government?

I propose that we immediately implement a cryptographically secure voting system whereby we may conduct another election on 5 November 2025. Under Article VII of the US Constitutions, only seven States are required to ratify changes and amend them into the constitution, the DNA of our country. I propose that the constitution be amended to require changes to the electoral system and that a system such as DNA (from the Earthica Society), which is currently in early deployment, be used to replace the existing, extremely antiquated State elector system.

The voters may be onboarded into the new system quickly, identify themselves to their State's legislatures through existing systems and they may then cast their votes with surety and a very high degree of security using an app that they install on their mobile telephone, or cast their vote on a telephone that they borrow. The union of the republic of the United States is not a federal society. It is a community of States who generally do not take to being ruled by a central government. The constitution was meant only to unify the States for global security, equity and civility. They are, therefore, thusly empowered to take this action without authorization from the executive, congressional or the judicial of the central government, which serves only at the pleasure of the States.

Furthermore, a cryptographically secure voting system may be freely implemented at the state level as there are no federal laws mandating how a state conducts its election, just so long as they are free and fair. The individual states must produced the approved electors, for the electoral college, who then cast their ballots to the President of the Senate. How these votes are collected is largely up to the states. As far as doing the 2024 election over again, this should be considered as a separate matter and would require a great deal of consensus from the states, but it can and should be done. There were a great many irregularities in the 2024 election, accusations of widespread voter fraud by Trump, Elon Musk meddling and buying votes (registrations) using an illegal and highly abusive lottery, and yet to be adjudicated insurrection crimes as well as the Fake Electors Fraud of 2020 allegedly committed by the candidate, Donald Trump. These allegations should be brought forth to decide by a jury of his peers before he is allowed to take control of the White House. This just seems like common sense! The new presidential term would then likely begin in January of 2026. The republicans could freely field Trump again if they wish, and hopefully Kamala Harris would consider running again.

This matter demonstrates how vulnerable our aging system has become and how easy it is to rig. It is a scathing impeachment of the integrity of Trump and his inner circle, and, in my opinion, is known in detail by far too few US voters. All it takes is one immoral wealthy individual to override the will of the people and then go to work permanently disassembling our fragile democracy. 2025 may be the last year to save our democracy. Call it the DNA Upgrade of 2025. Given the tremendous advances of technology, why must we continue to expend so much management effort, uncertainty and suffering when ready and certain solutions are imminently available? With a system such as DNA voting every person in the country and world will be free to audit the election results 24/7.

NO DEMOCRACY CAN STAND FOREVER: UNTIL NOW

Since time in memorial, great republics have arisen and great republics have fallen to ashes and dust. For every one benevolent king their lurks 1000 dictators seeking to take what has been carefully built, extract the wealth from the republic and leave the people in ruination once again. A democracy may only falter just by one bad chance to be cast into the pile of failed republics as once democracy has been undone, it shall never remake itself, once the electors have lost their voice, that precious vote. It is inevitable that the United States of America shall go this way, until now. What is needed is an electronic voting system based on cryptographic proof instead of trust, allowing for citizens to vote directly without the need for a trusted third party. With the DNA system votes cast shall be computationally impractical to reverse and shall protect the people against voter fraud.

The Bitcoin peer-to-peer system was developed rapidly mainly in 2008 and was left by its creators in a half finished state. As a community database Bitcoin suffers from inefficiency in electing transactions into the database as the consensus algorithm employed, a puzzle solving mechanism, to act merely as an election mechanism to add new blocks to the chain, today requires enough electricity to power the country of Switzerland. This is due to the consensus algorithm therein employed which is called PoW (Proof of Work). This was never our intention nor would it be a sane or rational result to the architects of Bitcoin.

Therefore, working since 2019, I have had ample time to correct this flaw and to develop a new protocol running in a software which I am calling eCoin. This replaces the Blockchain system with a new and more efficient system called Keychain, running a far superior consensus algorithm called PAC (Probable Agreement Consensus). For this effort I am extracting ZERO DIRECT COMPENSATION from the system of DNA or the DOA that maintains its design. The 10 eCoins programmatically assigned to every new member shall go to every member except the member with my identification number. I have written this new program solely with the love of my people in mind, and I shall never use its direct function to financially enrich myself.

No longer shall this world fall pray to the would be assassins of great republics who blunder in and plunder our great nations into ruin. Under electronic voting we the people shall rule our world forever more, and hold strong onto the guarantees of a free republic by the people, of the people and for the people. As I work today, and have everyday for the last year, I am preparing now to onboard millions of Americans in the coming months to have them download the app and cast their votes again. I bring forth eCoin Keychain voting system as implemented in the DNA mainnet to humbly lay before the feet of my people. I pray that others shall view this as an opportunity to upgrade and make better what is already, arguably, the greatest republic on Earth.

Thank you for your time and attention for our great nation and this ultimate struggle in this new epic for humankind. Regardless of any outcomes with Donald Trump, I feel that we must not allow him to fundamentally alter our government, and we must disarm Bush by de-funding him, keeping him out of meddling in the White House, directing our justice system or controlling the military. Let us together embark upon the challenge of upgrading our outdated voting system with a cryptographically secure system that shall withstand the ages. I believe that the DNA Upgrade of 2025 could be a viable option.
